I sure wish someone would cut up a relay (solenoid) and post pictures of it so we could see how it is put together ?

About 6 months ago, I replaced a defective relay (solenoid), and broke open the starter relay open. It was built like any other relay, it had bigger contacts and bigger switch.

Well, now that I have a couple, Ill have to cut one in half and post some pics. Ill see if I can work on that tonight.

Sorry guys--I tried to cut that solenoid in half and it just fell apart. I still have one I can disect. Ill have to come up with a better way to open her up so I can get good pics.
