my 76 has 31X12.50s on it, but they are too wide. I think you could still run the 33 but stay away from the 12.50, look for a bit narrower. With no lift these tires are probably close to the max size.
wow did i touch a nerve scotti twooooooooo hottie. mud tires are expensive as it is and just like a 3\4 ton without a ball in the bed or a 1 ton jacked to the clouds its silly.
I am going to put larger tires on mine eventualy along with suspension lift. Just because it is two wheel drive does not mean we dont leave the road. most offroad trails can be accessed with higher clearence trucks. And like the half ton with 6 inch lift it looks nice to. mine will eventualy be a very capable overland expedition truck for extended camping and dirt bike trips. lots of pre runners are 2wd

na didn't hit a nerve I was just sticking up for the guy. Just cause it isn't your taste or doesn't serve your purpose doesn't mean it's wrong. I can't count on both how many people I know with 3/4 and 1 tons jacked sky high with big tires and never haul with them. And you know what, what do also is none of your business.
Can't say something nice don't say nothing at all.
all righty then. well at least i dont have to ask my wife permisson on how many parts trucks i can or can not have. --the man can do as he wishes we all have that privlege in america.thank a vet.
Hey good news this is 2007 & I don't know where you come from but out here where I'm at chauvinism isn't all that cool. Yes I do ask my fiancee permission because I have respect for her, not because I have to. After all, it's her house too. I understand my rights and I come from a long line of American Veterans, thanks. Speaking of rights- I'm glad to see you're making good use of your right to be an idiot.
