fuel pump problems help please!
I Have 2001 f-150 and i replaced the fuel pump because it was bad and was not coming on. After i replaced it it's coming on and every thing but no fuel is coming out, yes it has gas and i check relays, fuses, harness every thing you can name. Again now the fuel pump is coming on but not pump out very strange.

Pinched/crimped, or clogged fuel line or fuel pump pre filter. How did the old pumps prefilter look????
Not likely, but seeing as how the fuel pump is a DC motor, if it's wired such that it's polarity is reversed, it'll run backwards & no flow!!!!
Just some thoughts for pondering.
