This one is bugging me. . . I've noticed that everytime I engage the clutch from a stop, and lug the engine, I hear a thunk somewhere from the front end, I think the left side. I don't know what it is. Everything down there is tight. I checked all that multiple times after I put the lift in. I just recently checked too. THe front end is not turning, my buddy confirmed that for me. Sometimes i think at slow speeds when hitting a bump, or accelerating around a turn, I hear it too. . . it might happen and higher speeds bud too much noise to tell. I can almost feel it in my feet too. ANy ideers?

Check your sway bar bushings. Mine were worn out and thunked all the time. Also, I was told that my transfer case has some slop in it, as I get a nice thunk every time I shift. Sounds like a lot of slop is taken up every time, unles sI granny drive it, then its ok. I guess I wont complaint for the amount of miles and how many of those was pulling a trailer.
when i did my lift, i replaced the drop links for the swaybar. the one droplink bushing at the frame mount on the right was really sloppy, and now my clunk is gone, because the new links had new bushings.
All the sway bar endlinks are factory. . . but its got a drop bracket. That came from procomp. ANyway, I'll check again, but I have pulled and tugged on every bushing and connection in the front and rear end, I can't find anything loose. The motor and trans mounts are tight. grrrr. Also. . . anybody have any ideas on getting rid of the creaking from my bot my front and rear end? If retorquing the bolts doesn't do it, I'm thinking replacing the bushings. Thanks.
