For those of you interested there is a set of Mickey Thompson hemi heads on ebay. They look like a pretty clean set of heads but don't have the valvetrain to go with them. I am sure this may bring out a few hardcore speed freaks as well. Happy planning.
Well as far as his prices..this guys been smoking crack!! A 9k starting bid !! Yeah right.. I dont think guys that I know that own original A/FX Cars, wouldnt pay that kind of money!! LOL..
Speaking of heads for the FE's Rumor has it..That Jon Kaase is teaming up with CHI to produce a new head for the FE....It will be interesting to see what happens...But who knows how long this will take..as Jon still hasnt marketed the P-51 heads as of yet..and he started on them 2 years ago... But at least he has them cast and tested..but there for the 385 series engine.. JMO.....
I would like to see some aftermarket heads for the 427SOHC, because I would really like to have one. But I just can't afford originals. I have seen complete cammers selling for 30 big ones. That costs more than me!!
www.cammercorner.com they will have the new Kaase cammer heads out soon also. Plenty of new cammer stuff coming around. Figure $22-25K in parts alone. Those MT heads are wicked cool and super rare!! If i had the scratch I'd buy them!!! LOL. The new cammer heads are gonna be in the $7600 range per pair. And that's bare heads!!!!

Well I flatout Love the look of the cammer's....But that chain stretch scare's the hell out of me!!
I hear Jat Brown will be doing some testing on Chain stretch....and may? have a belt develope for them? we'll see...
Cause I do remember only too well back in my bike Drag Racing days..and having the chain Launch on a pass..you were damn luck not to get your leg ripped off!! It usually just tore the side cover off the bike and cracked the case!! But Expensive non the less.. JMO
Did I read correctly from the Dove site? You can get CJ heads in aluminum with correct casting#s and date codes! That would be so sweet! Paint everything old blue, throw on a Interceptor manifold, and noone knows you saved a few hundred pounds of dead weight but you.
Very well could be? I havent been on the site in quite some time, but, I do know that Jim had bought alot of Ford Original tooling.... I usually just talk to Mike, who runs the show up in Ohio when Jims out in Cali....
