SRS System Schematic Diagram
Hi, I have a '92 Aerostar 4.0 L.
I am looking for a schematic (wiring) diagram for the SRS system.
I also would like info an timing adjustment as the engine "Pings" badly during hard acceleration or going uphill. This "Pinging" problem has been with the vehicle since purchase (second hand and had 92000 Km when purchased).
Plugs and coil pack are good and plug wires have all been replaced. Engine is timed electronicly using sensor on damper pulley. The check engine light will come on for 5 to 30 minutes when driving and then go off, I believe this indicates a bad O2 sensor. Would this cause the "pinging" problm?
