With only a 2.5" lift, you shouldn't need extened brake lines, but if you don't feel comfortable with them already half way maxed out, it wouldn't hurt to get longer ones. IF you put a 4-6" lift, then yes, extended brake lines. 2.5" lift, either way(depends on you).

You don't have to put bigger tires right away, but you might want to do a alignement after the lift. For 33s you might want to regear if you plan on towing, but you have 3.55 gears stock for about 30-31" tires, and for 33s a gear ratio would be 3.73-4.10s, but for the cost of regearing..... you might just take the fact that you get 1-2 mpg less and just forget about it, or pay $1,000ish for new gears.

Longer brake lines aren't needed with the 2 1/2" lift kit. I do have a steering stablizer on the Bronco, I put it on because of worn out steering linkage which I replaced while doing the lift. It doesn't hurt to have a steering stablizer. I would drive the truck without the stablizer and add it if needed. With a 5.8 litre you could probably get by without gears, it you want to maintain the power you have now you will have to up grade to 4:10's with my 5.0 I had to add gears with the 33's I had to power. You don't have to buy tires because of the lift, but it will look better when you do upgrade to 33's and the Bronco will be more stable with the wider tires.

The picture below is with the 2 1/2" lift and 32's with 15x8 wheels.

I was checking out your pictures on super motors... looks good!
With the 33's has the breaking been slower?

Breaking is about the same, not real good. I'm getting ready to install a F350 power brake booster, it's supposed to make a big difference in stopping.

Another quick question. Is your drive shaft still stock with the lift? If so, did you notice any shaking?

Drive shaft is stock, haven't noticed any shaking. Mark your drive shaft so that it's installed like it came out, to prevent any balance problems with your drive shaft.

Also does anyone know if i can take some leafs out of a complete bronco leaf set and use the parts for an add a leaf for the rear part of a lift kit? This would be for the 2.5" rough country lift. Would this work?

If not do you guys know where i can get some 2.5" rear add a leaf springs for the tough country kit (doesnt have to be tough country brand).

deepbass, you could get 1 or 2 leafs and add them to your leaf pack to get about 2"s, which would be fine, but anymore than that isn't a good thing.
Either way, you can get add a leafs all over the place, just do a google search, and you'll come up with several brands, but www.broncograveyard.com sells add a leafs, among many other sites.

I am looking at the Rancho RS5000 shocks as 94 XLT White/ Silver 302 suggested. Will all the RS5000 shock's ford a 95 bronco work for a 2.5" lift?

The reason I ask because the RS5000 shock's on JC Whitney are $46.99 a shock and other online sites they are half the cost. I just want to be sure i am getting the right shocks that will work with the kit.

this is the kit i am going to get
http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/I...18958210355586

Here are the shocks

Thanks for the help!

Skyjacker Nitros are the same shocks as the Rancho rs5000s, but cheaper. You can get a set from a company off of ebay for $130 for 4. Or on summitracing.com for $36 each I think with a boot.
