'64 seat belts
I've installed lap belts in my '64. There are actually rubber plugs in the floor where the belts bolt in. You can just pick up a set of lap belts through any generic parts catalog, or from a junkyard, then pop out the rubber plugs and bolt in the new belts. I think the holes were about 1/2" in diameter, located on the cab floor (ahead of the gas tank).

My 65 had the eyebolts but never any belts. I couldn't find that type of belt hook at a reasonable price so mine came from the back seat of a 70s Dodge Dart (very generic style) as I didn't want the retractor feature; I didn't see how there was room for it with my custom bench seat. The eyebolts went into the scrap pile. Be sure to check on the length before you buy as you will need a longer belt than most cars have.
