96 production figures
I have never seen production broken down into options and option packages.
The total production of the F series were always around 800,000 per year--the most produced vehicle in America back in the 80's and 90's.

I,m at work and don't have the order sheet for the exact terminology.
1996 F350 RC SRW 4X4 133"
XLT
460 5 speed 4:10LS
super engine cooing
6500# front springs
tachometer
clearance lights delete
aluminum wheel delete
CD player
sliding rear window
opal grey interior with bench seat
oxford white - solid color
My thinking is how many of the trucks in 96 were 1 tons? A lot I'm sure.
How many were white SRW reg. cabs? A lot I'm sure.
I doubt 50% of these were XLT. The're work trucks.
What do you think were the more popular engines? 5.8 was std. 7.5 & 7.3 diesel were the options.
3:55 open diff. was std.
Automatic was std. you saved a few $$ opting for the 5 speed.
How many came ordered with heavy front springs?
How many came ordered with the tach?
How many came ordered with the CD player?
How many came ordered with super engine cooling?
How many came ordered with the sliding rear window?
How many came ordered with the lights & wheel deletes?
I think the A/C & cruise came with the XLT package.
I just think this combination is unusual. I know they have these production #'s for old mustangs. Just curious if they kept these records for later models. I love my ford trucks.
Thanks,
