6.0 intercooler ?
a friend of mine is giving me his intercooler off of his 2005 6.0 powerstroke for FREE. will this fit on my truck even though it is off a 2005? how hard is it to install? what boots do i need to make it work? and most of all is it worth it? thanks

You will need the 3X3X8 in hose and the 3X3.25X8 in hose for the other side.

If you're getting it for free, it's definately worth the cost of some boots and the time to put it in. You probably won't see much of an EGT difference in every day driving, but when you start towing you'll see around a 75-150* drop in the EGT's.
