Mine only did it when it got cold as hell which made ofr stiff wire. As I said try looping the wire around the rotor so there is no tension at the grommet area and see what happens. If it does help.. what a BS design some dinguss setup..maybe this is aour million dollar paper clip LOL

LOL, i only went with the Crane for the built in rev limiter.
