I looking at getting new tires for my pickup and im leaning toward the Firestone Destination M/T's. Ive heard they are super quiet, are awesome on snow and ice and they have great highway wear but i dont know. I was just wondering if anybody has them and what they think of them. And also im going to get a 2" leveling spacer and I will be able to fit 33's without rubbing too much? thanks for the help
I used to work at a Napa, and they sold these tires and one of my buddies has them.
From what I understand, they arn't the best for rain or ice, they aren't quiet(not real loud, more like a agressive a/t), and the biggest they make for a 17" rim is 265/75R17, which is basically a 31, and they don't even make them for the 18s. But if you put a 2" leveling kit, then 33s will fit with no problem(they basically fit stock), but the kit makes the truck look so much better.
