Exclamation Hello.. New Guy.. Problems!

New guy here... Ive been posting up on F150online fro quite a while now.. thought id get a change and get another point of veiw on my problems with my truck!

Here's the story...
I have an 04 F150 5.4 3V V8... It's at 80000KM...

A couple of weeks ago i was getting my exhaust done and out of no where the car just boggs out at any RPM... When i start it up its ok... Then when i put my foot down at any RPM and hold, it just dies and i get this spanner sign in the Gauge area... I Took it to the dealership and they said that id have to return it to stock... (KUWAIT'S Dealer is a total rip off... They said to do that i would have to pay something that sumounts to about $4500... Its rediculous... I asked them what was wrong and they said that it was because my exhaust and intake were modded... BS! Ive seen tons of cars and trucks with double my mods with nothing worng...

My mods are Headers, Exhaust (custom), Volant intake, and a SCT Tune... Other that that nothing...

I asked for a report with the PCM codes so i could show it to you guys since ive solved all my problems here, and not at the dealership.

The codes are as follows...

P0010
P0020
P0102
P0135
P0138
P0155
P0443
P0446
P0645
P2006
P2106

I dunno what these are... I NEED HELP!!

ANY HELP APPRECIATED GUYS...

ALSO.. How do i get intouch with a FORD rep in the States to complain about the amount of BS they feed the customers at the dealership?!??!

Thanks guys...

In the first few pages of your owner's manual, it warns you of mods to your truck. YOu are free to mod to your heart's desire.....just be ready to play the game. You mod, you gamble. Ford says "no mods". You play, you pay...sorry. It's their bat and their ball...you play by their rules.

I did a quick look thru your codes and something is up with a V-ref and o2 sensors.
I would check to see if when you put the custom exhaust on you didn't pinch a wire to the o2 sensors and blew a fuse and is causing a feedback in the o2 curcuits.

set your truck back to stock first to make sure its not your tune. check the fuel filter and make sure you still have 4 sensors in the exhaust

whew, thats a lot of codes, if it happened RIGHT after the exhaust, i would start looking for a damaged or unplugged wiring harness.

Hopefully you havent melted a harness together near your headers. How big is your exhaust, you need "some" backpressure to run your system.

Sounds like whoever did the exhaust caused major problems. You should do as the others have suggested. Check your harnesses and sensors. I'd say take it to another dealer, but how many of them are there in Kuwait....
