clutch price

anyone have an estimate on what it would cost to put a new clutch in a 94 f350 im talking parts and labor. im just looking for a rough estimate

mine in the 93 f350 which I found out was a dual mass clutch/flywheel was about $1500 about 6 years ago.

Dual mass flywheel at the discount stores is $ 1,100.00. plus clutch kit.
My guess is at least $ 2,000.00.

wow dang thats a little more than i was hoping...i was hoping around 500-700 but hey what can you do. thanks for the info

If you decide to do it. While you have it apart put in a rear main seal on the engine. Easy to do while transmission and clutch is off.

I would not suggest the dual mass. You can not have these turned if you ever have the clutch replaced in the future. I would guess that you could put an OEM clutch in for around $1000-$1500. This price should include clutch kit, turning the flywheel, pilot bushing, and labor. Does the truck currently have a dual mass flywheel ?
