Kingpins are Stuck
I'm having a hard time pounding the pins out, and the puller I have is a little too short, and Autozone doesn't have one long enough either. I've never changed these before so I really don't know a good way to get them out. Any help is appreciated.

I've always had good luck going for a heavier hammer. A short handle sledge hammer with a little room for swing usually gets them moving. My first set, I had to get help. He used a heating torch and finally got them to move a little. But since then, a good spacer to hammer on, and short sledge hammer...at least 3#'s or better, has worked.

While I was at work today, my dad said he heated them up and beat on them with a big hammer, I think well over 3 pounds. They didn't budge at all so he put everything back together. I guess I'll have to try again some other day.
