Trailer Brakes

My electric Trailer brakes off my trucks factory trailer wiring harness is not working. anyone have a wire diagram for a factory installed trailer plug. lights electric brakes etc. I need to know the wires on the truck not the trailer. Basically i want to know where the factory feed to electric brakes on the trailer gets its signal. Its a 92 F-150 4x4 with a 302 in it. Extended cab Flair Side.
When i step on the brakes the blue wire or the middle prong on the 7 prong harness does not get power like it should. Any help would be apreciated.<!-- / message --><!-- google_ad_section_end --><!-- sig -->

I have heard you still need to buy a electric brake modulator then get a wiring harness that links that to one under dash then my electric brake prong on my factory tow package will work. is this true? If so why the heck would they wire a tow package and not give you the ability to use a trailers electric brakes? Stupid ford.

Did you get help with your trailer wiring question? I have a 2001 F250, and I don't have power to the center connection of my 7 prong connector either. It's supposed to be the backup lights, and that's what powers the brake release on my new trailer. I can't back my trailer up.

Backup light power comes from its own relay and a fuse.

Back up lights/trailer brakes

There's an empty relay pad under the hood, and two relays in the glove box. I'll try that. Thanks for the help.

It is Relay #203 and Fuse #5, a 20 Amp Fuse.

Here are two diagrams.
