NP435 Jabrication Issues

NP435 Jabrication Issues
So, I got an issue that began occuring this week in my 435. When I put it into neutral whilst going at speed, it sounds like the edge of a gear lightly grinding another gear. Never a problem when it's in gear, and if i push it toward a gear with the clutch out (get the syncros going I guess) the sound goes away. It's like a low growl.
I just rebuilt this tranny like 4 months ago, and it's been totally solid since, no noises/problems of any sort. Suggestions? Idears? thanks!

if so, did you replace EVERTHIING?? did you check the predload with a feller gauge? and main shaft endplay with dial indicators????

) EDIT: I couldnt find the pamphlet I used before for the rebuild though, no matter how hard i looked. Anyone have those specs? Thanks
