My NPD catalog states that the DS inner fender is specific for the 73-79 F100-350 4x4 (p/n F-16055-2D $72.50), but the PS inner fender is the same for all 73-79 F-series trucks (p/n F-16054-2A $54.95). I do not know what is different about the DS inner fenders though. I hope this helps.
