Turpentine works pretty good on pine sap if the sap hasn't hardened too much. Don't leave it on very long. Also, first try it on a place that is hidden from view to see if it messes up the paint.

I'm sure all those stuff works but it is messy and/or toxic to say the least.
I use a clay bar kit like Mothers. It works wonders and doesn't damage your paint. You can get it at most auto parts stores. Here is a link which describes it in further detail...
