07 Navigation Head Unit

I have an 06 f150 screw lariat 4x4 with the 6 disc CD unit/Satellite radio, with out audiophile. I am interested in purchasing one of the new navigation headunits that are offered in the 07 models. Can this unit be changed to the navigation touch screen unit and does anyone know where I can get it ? THANKS!!

Just install the touch screen Nav system in my buddies 05 supercab and worked just fine. Depends where you are located, but might be able to help you. Let me know.

What other pieces are needed besides the head unit for this setup to work in a 2004-6?

Q: What does it use for the NAV? Does it use the sensor in the mirror? Or, is there a seperate NAV Sattelite Antenna?

I too have been keeping my eye out for one of these. I don't like the Megallan. The screen is much too small.

You would probably need a different antenna for the nav/sat.
