89 f250 5.8 is there anything that can be done 2 a whinning power steering pump other than r/r

You can try flushing it out and replacing the fluid,It may help

There are additives out there for that purpose...if you consider one...make sure it's compatible with your P/S fluid.There is more than one type of p/s fluid.
