just thought id introduce myself, just got a brand new 2007 F-350 5.4 XL, got the xl decor package,offroad package,stabalizer package,tow-comm, and the 5-speed automatic. Great truck though 
anyway, anyone know of a cold air intake and a programmer for this thing? i cant seem to find one 
also, i was gonna put a set of good plugs in, are they pretty easy to get to? it looked like they may be a pain to get to. Any other bolt on's thatl give me a bit more power?thanks.

cat back exaust...
all these things will give you a little more power....they all claim to give you an additional 15-40 hp each...HAHA...its not going to happen...the best bang for your buck is going to be the programmer...the intake and sat back re going to make it sound really nice as far as the plugs im really not sure and hopefully someone can help...if you want some real power go out and get a supercharger....but now your talking lots of money...if you do get an airaid and a programmer let me know what you think because i want the same combo with my 5.4...o yeah your going to hear alot of people say "go get the v10" or you should have gotten the diesel" lol dont let them discourage you about you decision to get the 5.4....i love my 5.4 and thinks its a very capable engine...congrats and enjoy the new rig

thats for an F250, m pretty shore there almost identicle...but i really wouldnt wanna mess anything up, anyone used that on a 07 350 or know if it will work?

I put an Airraid Jr. intake and magnaflow exhaust on my '06 F250 w/ the 5.4. I only have 3K on it so it is still breaking in and I know it will run better once it is completely broke in. I felt a little increase with both these mods but nothing to write home about. I ordered custom tunes from Troyer Performance about a week and a half ago and should get them in a few more weeks. He claims the F250's avg 25-35 hp with his tunes. Have heard great things about him with the same engine in the F150. Another reason I chose him is because most of the tuner's capabilities were limited for the F250 (Superchips) but his don't seem to be. He uses a SCT tuner (which I think is made by Superchips) to write the tunes on. I will keep you guys posted when I receive them!
