What computer for 5.8 swap?
If I do a 4.9 to 5.8 swap do I need a 5.8 computer out of only a 96 since my truck is a 96 with OBD-II and mass air?

If you don't want to rewire the cab, and harnesses not directly connected to the engine, then yes.

Rockauto.com has them at a reasonable price new.
