But, the oil pressure STILL Drops like a boing 747 with no wings!!
Can Someone tell me what the hell is going on with this silly truck?
BY the way, it dosent miss knock, ping, or smoke NEEEEEEEED HEEEEELP
Thank yall
If its a V10 its a 6.8 not a 6.9 . As for oil pressure, oil is thicker when cold and thinner when hot. If you have oil pressure problems, usually the machined engine surfaces are worn and the oil is leaking out and back into the pan. Possibly worn crankshaft and main/rod bearings. Usually from neglect, lack of oil changes, inferior oil that does not meet engine specifications , running engine low on oil, abuse, overheating, or high mileage.Only real fix is to disassemble the engine, check all clearances, inspect everything, and replace whatever is worn, or change the engine. Not a quick fix in the lot.
in his profile it says it is an 85 which means it is probably the old 6.9 diesel. i have no knowledge about those motors but maybe try posting in the 6.9 forum. those guys will be able to help you out better
