1990 f-250 power window problems
I am posting this in the general 87-91 area, because I was wondering if anyone else has had this same problem. my trucks window and lock switches are playing cat and mouse with me. the drivers side switch, for the passenger side window works only when it feels like it. the passenger side switch for the window works fine. however, the passenger side door lock switch doesnt work but the drivers side does lock both. I am wondering if there is a common wire that is loose or grounding out etc. I am not sure if these two problems started together or not. I noticed them about the same time but that doesnt mean anything. Any help would be appreciated.

My guess is they are not related. The 2 systems are on seperate power circuits. I had the same problem as you with my power locks and it was a bad passenger side lock switch.
If the driver's side switches can operate the passenger side, then all your wiring from side to side is fine.
If the driver's side switches can operate the passenger side, then all your wiring from side to side is fine.
