Carb rating ?

Ok today a 4bbl carb was found at pick apart it was on a 86-89 F250 with a 460CID engine. Tag on it says, E5HE MC then E6G21
The parts place said it's a Holley 4180 made for Motorcraft applications.
I'm curious as they could not give me a general CFM for it, what rating it is ? Will it be too much for my application ? 352 FE .030 4 bbl stock intake logs, until headers can be purchased, ported C6TEG heads.. Also they wanted 83.00 for a rebuild kit..?? seems pretty high ?
