I will try this again, I am sure this has been addressed on this site many times but I am new here and I need to get as much complete info as possible on fitting disc brakes to an (early) 66 F-150 4x4 front end.
I know that there was a different front end used later similar to that used in the Bronco's and early 70s 4x4s. I don't know if they are the same as the earlier ones with small cosmetic changes or if indeed they are very different. I have a very clean original truck that I would like to keep as stock as possible, so this would mean staying with for parts or? I have heard stories of all kinds but never talked with someone who had done the work.
Can some one provide me with specific info/drawings etc. on what parts would be needed for this kind of crossover?
Tford. I don't think the members are ignoring you; I've seen this same question asked many times but I've never seen a satisfactory answer.
I can't help you because I'm strictly a 2ws man, myself.
I'm sure one of the other members will help you if they can. Be patient and good luck.
