Flashing O/D light

Ok heres my dilema if anyone can give me a hand it'd be greatly appreciated. 1992 7.3 E4OD. 230k km's. Recent work done on tranny. Torque converter replaced, TPS sensor replaced, Cam Speed Sensor replaced, PCM Module replaced and EPC Valve and Solenoid Body replaced all within the last 4 months (20k kms). You can reset the O/D flashing light just by turning off the motor and restarting it. Previously I had to unhook the battery terminal cable for 15-30 seconds to reset. For some reason now we only have to return on the motor and its reset. Error codes we've seen 23 (a TPS issue), 99 (the EPC Issue) and also we've seen 43 a few different times. 43 is a blank code which just complicates the issue soo much more. After this latest repair which was replacing the EPC valve and Solenoid we got code 43 about 2 hours of driving after leaving the repair shop.

Now the problem is like this. When the O/D light starts flashing the Tranny goes into "Limp Mode". Very hard shifting and the flashing light. We replaced the Torque converter and it seemed to fix the problem for 2 weeks. Then the problem came back. We took it back to the shop and he replaced a Hose. Problem fixed for a few more weeks. Then it came back on a few weeks later and we replaced the TPS sensor and the tranny shop also replaced something else with a used part he said was in working condition (sorry cant remember what it was....grrrr...) A couple weeks later problem back. Now we were sick of going to that Tranny shop so I took the Van to another shop that had an ex-ford dealership mechanic working there who seemed to think he could get to the root of our problem. He suggested replacing the Cam sensor because they tend to fail quite alot. So we did that and as well he said a new PCM would be a good idea as well because of the updates that were in a new one. Not 15 minutes after leaving the shop the light and "Limp Mode" are back on. Now we decide to try once again another shop that has supposedly the "Best" electronic techs in town because our original Tranny shop mechanic said we "MUST" have a electrical problem because he see no problem with the tranny at all. He'd love to sell us a new one but doesnt see that as our problem. Well shop#3 does intensive testing and got code 99 and suggests we replace the EPC body and solenoid. 2 hours after the repairs, problem comes back. Now they want to sell me a new tranny, but wont guanrantee that this will resolve my problem.......
Is there anyone out there that can maybe give me an alternative solution or help me out in ANY way with this problem I'm having.

When the TPS/FIPL was replaced did anyone set it to specs...........

Do the tach and speedo work flawlessly........ have you installed any tires/changed sizes.

Speedo works fine.. We dont have a Tach on the dash. The tires on the van havent been changed at all from when we bought it. I think they are 265/75/16's. Set it to specs?? do you think the Tranny shop would have done that when they did the work?

edited tire size is actually 245/70/16's

I did more research and it says code 43 is this "HEGO lean at Full Throttle" can this cause "Limp Mode" this is totally tranny unrelated.
