drivers side mirror doesnt move

drivers side mirror doesnt move

I have power mirrors on my F-150 and the driverside mirror doesnt respond to the switch on the door. The passenger side mirror works good with the switch. The driverside mirror doesnt even make a noise like the motor is moving. Does anyone know of a way how to check if my problem is the mirror or the switch?

I have same problem with my 2000 f150 xlt except that neither side mirrors will adjust.

In the 2000, there is a 5 amp fuse for the mirrors in the fuse box under the dash. It's fuse #4.
