Jasper engines

Hi. does anyone have any experience with jasper remanufactured engines? i am looking at one (4 barrel carb) in a 1985 dodge ram 4x4 and i am wondering if anyone has input on reliability, fuel economy and power output. I am sure a modern built engine has got to be a little stronger than an original 318 with only 160 horepower. anyway, i apprecitae all comments. thanks!!
