This is true I used to work for BP till last june of 06. To boost your octane by 1 you will add 10 pionts. So all the octane junk that people buy telling them it will boost the octane to 104 and such by points is proven BS!! to add 10 octane you would add 100 pionts. There are several additives that you can add to boost your octane and make like race fuel for much less.
