Same here.
Did you finish harvest? Hope so as it looks pretty tuff to do now, at least for a while. Hope we do get some nice/warmer weather, Indian summer would be a nice bonus.
Nope not ready here yet. Maybe by spring I will be ready.
Going to see if I can get my picture window changed this weekend. It sure will make the livingroom brighter and warmer. Going from a 5ft long window to an nearly 9ft long and almost 6ft high. It will take most of the wall in the livingroom and I need a crew of guys to help. We have to lift it about 7ft up just to get to the sill. Will borrow neighbors scaffolding. Then at least I will have one more thing done before winter. Still got the garden to dig up yet.
I'll never be ready for winter at this rate. 5 trucks still to bring home 3 Ford 2 International. Gotta buy a winter truck(EFI and 4 wheel drive are nice when cold)
Oh a updated on the 57. Got the cab supports done 292 is ready to bolt in (except carb.) Just a little more body welding Fibreglass sanding then paint. (I know I'm being gullable there's always more.)

Got The picture window in on the weekend. 5 of us had to lift it in place. Today just finish filling in the gaps around the frame with spray foam. My livingroom will at least be warmer for winter. Then I can now gyproc the livingroom and build a book shelf and display rack for the wifes ceramic ornaments.
Still lots of things to do before winter. Change truck tires. Saw the muffler hanger is broke and have to fix that. Still move more molds from Turtleford and North Battleford yet. Dig the garden this week. Put house wrap on the house where I took off the siding for the installation of the window.
I should get most of it done soon.
Wow yeah you do have lots of things to do for winter its pretty fun driving in the winter sure fun living on a hill trying to get up it city takes forever cleanin the snow off oh boy those days pushing my dad's gmc 1500 2wd gotta load down the box with snow and stuff pretty good truck though the 6cyl has like 330,000 to 400,000 kms
I have a set of wranglers that I put on for winter. I have a collection of mismatch tires here all the same size and I put them on for summer use to just wear them out and get the most for my buck. The one right rear is done now. It is down to the wear bars and the right front has a belt separating. so that is two more done for.
[QUOTE=Fomoko1]Same here.
