My 95 F250 Powerstroke DPI turbo started for first time of the day runs with a miss. I have to let it warm up before it has any power. Once its warmed up it runs alright and I have power. It seems that fuel pressure seems to bleed off when its cold. Is this a injector problem or is it my injector pump. Is there anyway that I can diagnose it without having to taake it into the shop?
Thanks screech.owl

Sounds like the ebpv. How cold is it where you are? Do you hear a hissing noise while warming up? Try unpluggin it and see if it makes any difference. The connector is on the turbo pedistal on the drivers front side. Just for your info...on the powerstroke thier is no injector pump. each injector is fired by means of high pressure oil.

Thanks for the info. I live in Calgary Alberta so it is starting to get chilly. I'll try your advice but I do not really hear any hissing noices.
