1966 F500 Button on Floor?

Well, the F500 was finally towed to my house. Just in time for snow too. Anyways, i was checking it out. Going through it to make a note of what it needs. I noticed a button on the floor to the left of the pedals. Its not the switch for brights. I was thinking it was ignition like the old Military trucks but i have no idea. Any help would be appreciated

Do wires run to it or a rubber hose? It's pretty common to have the windshield washer foot pump mounted to the left of the pedals. It's a sort of bellows system.

If it's a metal push button switch, it should be the high beams.

What switches your high beams if that switch doesn't?

The original post kind of made it sound like an unknown button thingy in addition to the dimmer switch.

I have the metal high beams switch as well. The other one is a different switch. Slightly lower and has a rubber boot over it

I just crawled under the truck but i cant find any wire or hose that goes into the other switch. The switch has a plastic nut behind it which makes me think it was for a rubber hose but cant seem to find that hose or any clips for it

I also have bellows on the floor. No wires or hoses. Nothing under the hood for a windshield washer and no washer nozzles on the hood.

What could it be?

It's to stoke the coal fire down in the bowels, or to blow the whistle?
