Hey Everyone
Hi to all.. Just stumbled on to this site looking for info on a conversion. I have many vehicles. a 1988 & a 1991 5.0 lx Mustang, a 1965 & a 1966 289 Mustang, a 1990 F150 Super Cab 4x4, and a 1968 Merc 4x4... I have a friend who built a S10 with a small block for his kid.. not bad and runs hard.. So now I had the idea to do a V8 conversion in a Ranger. A friend gave me a 71 351C with two barrel heads for free, so now I need to find a truck to drop it in. Anyone know what year Rangers they started putting in 8.8 rear ends?
Any help would be appreciated

Welcome to the site Joe. You should head on down to the section dedicated to Rangers. Click Forums at the top left then scroll down to the Ranger forum. You should be able to get some answers there.

I didn't even notice you were from Ontario. But, now that I do you should head on down to the Ontario Chapter. It is located at the VERY bottom of the main forum page just above the testing forum. Come on down and introduce yourself to the gang. See ya!
