Need info on payload pkg.
Hi all I am new to this forum, Two time Ranger owner 93 and 2002. When I had to special order my 02 because it was imposible to find a long bed XLT reg cab with a limited slip diff. I had to also get the payload pkg with it. Since then nobody has been able to tell me what it consists of even my local dealer. Thanks for any input.

I have the #2 It was a required option when I ordered the limited slip axle on my 2002. Thanks in advance for any info.

Was the #2 payload package order #67Z???
If so, for the 4x2 it contained heavy duty gas shocks, the 4x4 got premium gas shocks & both got increased spring rates.
In 99 that increased spring rate ranged from 1520-1620 lbs payload, depending on cab style & whether it was 4x2 or 4x4.
