Exhuast Question

I just found a dual exhaust kit from Dynomax (wlk-89016). Anybody used it or have an opinion? Looks like I'd have to install full length headers and get the cross over for the O2 mounted.

Not familiar with it but where do they recommend you route the crossover and such. Duals on the Bronco are met with the rather limited locations for routing the system OTHER than the OEM which is designed for a single pipe.

Yeah I just sent dynomax an e-mail with some questions. This was the first aftermarket dual I've seen. Only info I could find was on Summit.

Keep us posted on the dual exhaust system. I thought I would have to do a custom kit for my Bronco.

I dont know much about the 93 but my 85 has aftermarket dual exhaust. I do have full length headers however, the truck had factory manifolds. the driverside pipe crossed-over just infront of the trany crossmember (there is a dip in the pan to allow room). both pipes ran down the passenger side and then crossed-over just before the axle and exited at 90° (I dont like exhaust out the back had too many friends pinch them shut.) I will try to get some pictures to help.

Not to mention the fact that exiting the exhaust out the back of a Bronco is a really BAD idea since the dead air vortex behind the moving truck will suck the exhaust back into the open tailgate window and the drain slots in the gate then its in the cabin... yeah not exactly healthy.
