Instrument panel removal HELP!!!

Trying to replace heater core in my 99 F-150. Followed instructions in Clymers...everything out of dash, cannot get dash out! It appears there is something holding it in on either side about midway up the dash and also something holding it in in the middle near the top. (in the area behind where the radio was). Anybody have any advice? Contemplating putting everything back together and paying someone to replace the $^##@ thing! Love my truck, but whoever designed the heater core location is probably having his ears burning right about now.

There are screws everywhere because everything has to come individually. There are several screws that hold the wiring/vent rack to the dash. This may be whats holding it at the top. There are 1 or 2 screws on either side that you have to bow out the side of the dash to get to. Be VERY careful when you do this though.

you have braces at the bottom you have to remove and a 7mm screw on the left side right above where the brace attaches and on the right you have a 8 or 10 mm screw on the other brace.
