Browsed few of the Ford parts supplier's and could not find the 65 FORD100 fender emblem, only found the 66. Looks like the emblem has gone the way of the 65 grille. If anyone knows where they may be available appreciate the input, if discontinued then will have mine rechromed.

Appreciate the info, went to their web site and they offer the 66 emblem as a substitue, the foot note in the item description explains the 65 has been discontinued. Well it confirms I don't have a choice but to rechrome the 65 emblems. Wow, $75 each, perhaps some minor pitting aint all that bad. Could not find a menu on the Carolina Classic web site for their parts catalog, can't imagine they would not have one. Thanks again.

they are in the process of printing out a new catalog.
I had delt with them yesterday, and they gave me this little 4 or 5 page thing, but told me their catalog would be ready soon.
Yep, rechroming is the only way to go with 1965 emblems. You may find a set of NOS, but the chances are very slim. The one set that I did see cost about $10 more than having mine rechromed, so you're not going to save any money buying them that way.
Found hit & miss set's on ebay;
Best bet is we keep rebuilding and adding new trucks too our Slick Empire, then the reproduction parts like grilles, hood emblems and interior chrome will become more avaiable like car parts of the same era is out on the market.
