What year did Ford first start stamping the vin number on the frames?
Here's my dilema...I have a 1960 ford 4X4, with no title and no id plate. I have been using the plates off of my other Ford Truck, what are my options to get this truck registered?
I know this question's been asked a million times, but what kind of options do I have for a modern motor and tranny swap out?
Sam The number is on the top of the passenger side frame rail, about where the axle passes under to slightly forward. It is there, you will have find it.
