moving second row seat???

moving second row seat???
anyone ever think of moving their second seat back approx 2" it seams it would be alot nicer ride in back with the extra room.
yes i realize the third row might be more cramped but i took it out the day i bought the truck and dont see putting it back.
thinking of pulling the back seat and rewelding the bolt studs or moving the bolts on the seat brackets not redrilling the truck.not worried abought strength as i will have a professional welder do the job

I had thought of this before too, although my idea was to move the second seat back about 4 inches & removing the third seat permanently.
I think it would be do-able, but it's going to take some fab work to mount the seat properly.
If you end up doing this, please update us.
