heres a video showing you where to look. It really is behind the access door. Youll have to move back 2 layers of insulation but its there up high and in the back

IS THERE ANYWHERE TO FIND A LIST OF KEYPAD COADS.
I lock my keys in my Truck and don't know the coed I called the dealer and the truck has to be there. Can't do that if I can't get in the truck

Is there a certain amount of time that must elapse between entries?

 

I think there is or atleast there was in my explorer the other week when in decided to go full retard and lock me out in the rain and the dark and everything was in there phone key wallet it was about 2 min away from getting the window broken. I made the code for my truck and the explorer the same so that didn’t happen but it figured it out eventually I also thought there was a way to get into a mode where it didn’t lock you out it maybe the first group of numbers but I’m not real sure.

 

Bummer! Good luck. At some point you have to weigh the expense of a new window vs. the time and possibly fruitless effort to "hit the code". sounds like "win the lotto" sort of odds, to me.

 

I used a Ryobi scope to get to the code. It has a light on the end and it made it really easy to find the code way up under the dash.

 

I was looking for the key code for my 2016 F-350 and I came across a post that directed me to take both keys, start vehicle with one, turn it off and start with the other shut it off and the key code will appear on the information center. Worked like a charm. Apparently it works for a variety of years as well as F-150, F250 and F350.

 

Also, the code that shows might not be the same code on the Keypad card that came with your truck. Using the 2 key method, I know the code the dash on my truck shows, is different than the Keypad card. The Keypad card might be 0 4 7 0 5 and the dash might show 9 3 8 0 5 or any other combination that is similar in relational to the button positions 1-2, 3-4, 5-6 7-8 and 9-0.

 

I didn't read the complete thread but on my 2011 the code is on a loom inside passenger kick panel.

 

i Just found mine on my 2018 f350........ it’s on the backside of the fuse panel..... you have to pull the tread piece next to the seat, the fuse panel cover and the kick panel to access it.... it’s on a white sticker and will say door access code with a 5 digit number

 

It is now 2021 and the Ford dealer here in Las Vegas wants $150 to read the code. Larceny is still rampant.
