Rust at sun roof

Rust at sun roof
Hi There,
my 2001 Tribute got some rust in the middle of of the sun roof square at the wind shield side (behind the wind absorber of the sun roof).
That only i could detect, when the wind absorber becomes lifted up to the highest position (normally nobody looks there).
Just now my car is at the Dealership for a really warranty repair what becomes paid from Mazda.
BTW i don't get rid of the noises of the rear window on ugly streets.
Any hints available?
