Good news! The truck is fixeed!!! Just realized that after cleanning the throttle body,that in all my infinet wisdom I put it back together wrong. I had the butterflys in backwords and they werent closeing all the way.
But the cleanning seems to have done the trick. However I did find another problem that needs addressing. But more on that later. Thanks for all your help!

Ya know the two round disks inside the throttle body? (they are kinda a brass color with two screws that wold each one to the shaft). Well after I took them out and cleanned them I put them back in opposite the way they came off. So they were catching inside the throttle body and not closeing all the way. One of those stupid human things ya know.
