The previous owner lifted it via blocks in the rear. The front end was lifted right, but im not too fond of blocks. I have around 9" of lift now, not all block. There is about 5" or so of block lift. I am basically looking for some 8-10" full leaf packs... but I cant find any companies that make them.
Some 8" springs might be to much like a banana spring, which doesn't flex or ride to good. You might want to do a shackle flip with rear front hangers on the front of the rear leaf springs, to fix the pinion angle, and give a little more lift.
So that should give you about 4-5" lift, and then some 4" or so lift springs would be all you need, which would be cheaper, ride better, and flex better.
Im not 100% sure what you mean about the shackle flip. I think The rear shackle on the rear of the leaves have allready been flipped, im not sure about the ones on the rear\front.Any pics?
Check out my gallery. I have some pictures of my 78 F 150 with the rear shackle flip. I have 6" Skyjacker coils in the front and 4" Skyjacker leaves with the shackle flip and a 1" block in the rear. Just so you have a reference.
