Not enought to create a problem. If you take a before and after pic, it is noticable, but you'd get 3" of lift and clearness out of it and the little the axle is moved doesn't hurt.
Just curious, what all are you doing/plans?

What size tires you wanting to run, b/c if it's a pre 77.5 then you can fit 35s stock w/ out rubbing.
But if you decide to go bigger then go ahead and do the shackle flip(if you'd haul heavy loads alot, then this wouldn't be what you'd want, but for riding around and mudding it's more than enough), and you can get some front add a leafs to level it out alittle. If you still need more room, trim the fenders.

Good luck

Do you mean how far the rear axle is moved forward or the rear eye of the spring or what?

I've looked into this alot for my 79 250, and I know that if one uses the Sky brackets which lower the rear eye about 9 inches the axle will move forward about 1 1/2 inches. If you don't like the look you can either move your front spring hanger ahead to compensate or you can get zero rate add a leaves that will move yourpring center pins up to an 1 1/2. I'm not totally sold on it due to the decreased load carrying capabilities. For wheeling and not work I'd do it in a heartbeat.

less than half an inch if you are not using any blocks between the leaf springs and the axle. or about an inch to an inch and a half if you are using a 3 inch lift block. a block and a shim amplify the offset when doing a shackle flip.

They are stock hangers dropped straight down 3.5". I made the back hangers, kind'a coppied the Sky ones. The shackels are home made too with Energy Suspension bushings, and they're stock length. With 6" lift springs & a cupple of thin blocks to level it off got it up to 10".
