Hello all,

I just founf this forum while I was looking for a little bit of help with my explorer 2004. Hope you can help!.

I just bought the explorer and it came with a factory roof entretainment system and I have been having alot of problems with it.
-First thing I found is that remote control does not work, so I dont know how to navigate between movies menu's.
-Second, I have made about 5 backups of my dvd movies eliminating the menus so they can play directly, but the system does not play most of my DVDR movies.
-Third, I am from mexico which means all movies are region 4 and the system will only allow to play region 1 dvd's.

Anyone know what the brand of this system is? where to dinf more info about it so I may be able to make it multiregion?
