supercharge it or not?

i was thinking of putting a supercharger on my 98 expy, but it has 115k miles on it. does anyone think this is a bad idea with the amount of miles? its a very well maintained engine, and only plan on going no higher than a 6 psi boost

Engine can probably handle it, I'd be more worried about the transmission. You might consider getting the trans inspected and possibly a kit to help add some strength. You got a great deal on the charger, spend a few extra bills to guarantee you get to enjoy it trouble free.
