Back-up Sensors
I have a 2005 F150 FX4, and I was wondering how hard it would be to install the rear sensors for backing up? Are the wires already there? Would I need to run wires? Any input would be helpful.

you search on ebay you can find some aftermarket units

If you dont want to drill holes, take my approach. I purchased the Audiovox back up sensor that installs in the trailer hitch. It has three sensors and it also comes with a wireless speaker that you can mount under the dash. it works wonders for me. Cost me about $200 and the best thing is it is removable. If you don't or didn't have the OEM system then the Harnesses at the bumper and the one going from the sensors(rear bumper) to the module wouldn't be there iether. Plus of course the module itself won't be inside the right kick panel. go with an after market system like is300wrx suggested.
