Question Ever by from BOTP?

I Just ordered some door panels, weatherstripping for around the doors, window beltline kit, & a floor pan for the passenger side. I never thought to ask if they have a discount for FTE members. Has enyone ever ordered from them and got a discount? If so, then tomarrow I will call and ask for a discount. I ordered it on Friday and the fellow said I should get it by this Friday. Just woundering about the discount and if you were happy with your purchase, The fit and craftsmanship. I once ordered from LMC for another truck. A colom shift collar and it didn't fit properly, They were good to deal with as they sent me another but same thing. They took both back and gave me a refund. Ended up buying from Ford dealer in town, they had an old one on the shelf & sold to me at 1/2 price. Well any info on BOTP will help settle my mind. Thanks. Texcan

I purchased cab corners and lower door skins for the 82. Quite happy with the price and delivery time...didn't ask about discounts.

I'm about to order some various stuff like cab corners and side glass run channels. Thier prices look good compared to LMC Truck. Nice website and selection of parts.

Hopefully it's a good place to get repro parts.

Smile Talked to Blue Oval Truck Parts

Called them yesterday and they have aready shipped my order. They said they shipped it Friday the day I ordered it. Also asked about a FTE discount and they don't do it. Well you would think being a sponcer they have something for us but they are sending me a free catalog, $5.00 value. They also said I should be getting my order by tomarrow. Will keep you posted as to how the parts look and fit.

They sent the order. 1st off, They sent the wrong floor pan. The ticket had the right part # but they shipped the wrong part. 2nd, The beltline kit was missing from the order. 3rd, They are drop shipping the door panels from who knows where. 4th, the doorseals where the right ones. Called Larry (my salesman) on Wednesday, and could not believe they sent the wrong pan, as for the beltline kit, he could not expain why that was not in the box. The door panels where made to the color that I requested, so they where shipped seperate. He sent out the pan and beltline kit and said I would get them Friday along with the door panels. Well Friday evening and still have just the door seals. Will keep ya'll posted on how they do!

Well a week later and fedex brought the door panels. 2 weeks for them to get here. They look and fit great, they came with the inside anti-rattle, speaker trim, and felt around the door pull, also with the screws and plastic snaps for installation. Only 2 complaints. 1 they were black and they sprayed them light buckskin color and it's not the same. 2 If you have the slide locks like ours, they don't come with them. Ours were completely destroyed and can't find them anywhere. As for the color, if we would have know we would have spayed them oursevles to match and get them sooner. As for the looks if we knew they didn't come with the slide locks, we would have ordered without and found a newer truck to change to the pull up locks. They really did a bad job cutting out for the slide locks. We covered the holes with a panel and are changing to pull up locks. This is not a bi*** just an FYI

Texcan, Did you talk to Larry at BOTP ?

If not, try again and talk to him.

I was sure he said he will offer 10% to FTE people.
